4:15PM: Slam Dance
4:30PM: Fiddler & Fairy Imps & Interlude with Holly.
4:45PM: Vocalist Medley into Silent Night with Candle Kids
and McQueens' Choirs
5:00PM: Finale Dance into Finale Bows. (entire cast)

Wednesday, December 4th Schedule

Tech/Dress Rehearsal
ARRIVE in FULL Hair & Makeup!
Performers – Please see Peggy or Georgia in the Grand Theater Lobby when you arrive to be checked-in and receive your dressing room assignment. Performers arrive in makeup & prepped hair.... finish lipstick etc and wigs after warm-up.

9:00am: Crew come in – bring in racks etc., tape floor
10am: Crew Call, and Captain performers arrive to set-up in dressing rooms and prep for Full Dress Rehearsal
11:30am: Performers arrive, prep in dressing room spots with Make-Up and hair, prepare costume pre-sets (do not pre-set as yet)
12:00pm: ALL VOCALS & MUSICIANS MIC CHECK
​1:30pm: Dancers/performers Pre-Set Costumes and Props for Act 1.
2:00pm: Dancers Warm Up Back Stage
2– 3pm: LUNCHTIME for ALL TECHS.
2:30pm: Dancers / Performers Dress for Act 1.
3PM: BEGIN ACT 1 RUN THRU WITH TECHS/COSTUME/MAKE-UP/MUSIC ETC.
5:30pm - 8:00pm: Act 2 Full Dress & Tech Rehearsals
*Please arrive at least 30 minutes earlier to prep in your designated dressing room and to warm up with dance captains on stage. Parents will drop their child off, leave the theater and come back at 3:00 with food/snacks.
These rehearsals are run-throughs in Full Costume, Makeup & Hair
Parents: There is a lunch break (please review) and you may bring your child something to eat.
You may bring snacks/lunch that will not stain costumes (ex: no Cheetos, foods that color gets on the hands, etc). You may bring water in your own water bottles. No other drinks. Do not eat with costumes on!!!
Costumes will stay at the theater overnight.

Thursday, December 5th Schedule

Show Day Schedule
​
Absolutely NO food, alcohol, smoking allowed backstage on ANYday!! Only water.
ALSO NO MARKER PENS FOR CHILDREN - BRING I-PADS FOR MOVIES AND GAMES.
Performers – Please see Peggy or Georgia in the Grand Theater Lobby when you arrive to be checked-in
10:30am School Show Schedule:
*9:00am: Arrive no later than 9am in full makeup & hair. No performer will be allowed to walk through the audience to get backstage when the audience is allowed in at 9:30.
*9:30am: Performers pre-set costumes and props
*9:45am: Performers warmup
*10:00am: Dress for Act 1.
*10:30am: Show begins!
*Photos will take place immediately following the school performance. (12 noon)
After photos you must take your children with you. Nobody will be allowed to stay backstage or in the theater.
7:00pm Evening Show Schedule
*Arrive no later than 5:00pm in full makeup & hair.
*7:00pm: Show begins!
*Immediately after the evening show all performers MUST turn in ALL costumes & accessories at the table at the back of the stage. NOBODY may leave the theater with ANY COSTUMES!
You must also turn in the garment bags (unless you brought your own) and all coat hangers. Please be patient during the turn-in process.
